You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to legally use this service in your country. Don't impersonate anyone or share your login with others.
You keep ownership of whatever you post - text, photos, videos. By posting, you give Potipha permission to display and distribute it within the app so the feed, profiles, and live streams work. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Sending a gift or boosting a post charges a real card via Stripe Checkout, immediately, in full - there's no in-app wallet or refundable credit. Boost payments trend a post for a fixed time window and are not refundable once the boost is active. Gift payments are not refundable once sent.
Creators keep a share of gifts they receive (shown on the Earnings page) as a withdrawable balance. Payouts require reaching the follower threshold shown on the Payout page, must be requested manually, and are reviewed and paid out by Potipha's admin outside the app (bank transfer or PayPal, to the details you provide) - this app does not move money out on its own. Payout timing isn't guaranteed.
Be respectful in live chat and direct messages. Don't use these features to harass, threaten, or share others' private information without consent.
Potipha's admin may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
This app is provided as-is, without guarantees it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
These terms may be updated over time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
